My name is Filipe Laurentino, I'm an illustrator based in Curitiba, Brazil.
I can't remember the day I first took a piece of paper to make a drawing (maybe my father could tell me), but I can remember that drawing and sketching was always part of my life.
I have worked professionally as an illustrator since 2006. I'm also very interested and passionate about animation, what made me able to work in a cartoon animation film for 2 years.
As a professional and as a artist, I'm always looking for learn and try new techniques and styles, but I found myself comfortable creating caricatural and cartoonish characters, just as I feel comfortable in digital painting.
In addition to art and illustration, I love movies, music, games, books and comics.
